*We found the venue very suitable and comfortable… Overall, we really liked the show, as did the selection of plays. “Cómo vale una reheladera” (How Much is a Refrigerator Worth) was a good opening number and set the overall tone for the show. “Mesa de rebajas” (Balance Table) seemed a little less interesting to us… And “Verona” was truly a highlight due to the intensity of the dialogue; to the point that we debated whether they were improvising or strictly reciting their lines. The staging was simple, but sufficient for what was necessary. The six actors performed well, or more than well considering I'm very critical of overacting or of those who recite lines that are hard to believe. This wasn't the case, which I consider very positive… I presume the direction also deserves a lot of credit… In short, we left very satisfied, commenting on the positive aspects. It echoes the Macbeth couple, also driven by ambition...although, in this case, the final outcome for the anti-heroes is more of a metaphor for our era. Claudia and Anita were masterful with their portrayals of complex characters, including facial expressions and intonation shifts. Gloria was frightening, and Sasha was intriguing. Esteban, apart from having the physique du rôle, brought just the right temperament to the character. Brilliant performances!
